Marrakech City Experiences organises tours, activities and transport in Marrakech, Morocco. This policy explains how we handle the personal data you send us through this website, WhatsApp and email. Contact: contact@marrakechcityexperiences.com.
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, the tour, date and number of travellers, and any message you write. We do not collect payment details online.
To reply to your enquiry, arrange your tour or transfer, and contact you about your booking. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Only with the guide, driver or activity provider who carries out your booking, and only the details they need. Our website host stores the data sent through the site.
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and booking, and no longer than the law requires.
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as remembering form entries. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to contact@marrakechcityexperiences.com. We process personal data in line with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data; visitors from the European Union also have the rights set out in the GDPR.
