A booking is confirmed once we reply to your enquiry by WhatsApp or email with the date, time and meeting or pickup point.
Payment is made on the day of the tour. Nothing is paid online.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start of the tour.
We may change a route or cancel a tour if weather, road conditions or safety require it. In that case we offer another date or another tour, or cancel free of charge.
Tours can be booked as private tours or for groups. The type of tour is stated in our confirmation.
Each tour page lists what is included and not included. Entrance fees, meals and tips are only included when the tour page says so.
Quad biking, buggies, horse riding, balloon flights and paragliding carry physical risks. Follow the safety briefing and the instructions of the guide or pilot, and tell us in advance about health conditions, pregnancy or weight that may affect your participation.
Please be ready at the pickup or meeting point on time, tell us in advance about dietary needs, and follow the guide’s or driver’s instructions. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
We take reasonable care in organising every tour. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for delays caused by events outside our control. We recommend travel insurance.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
